DESIGN CHALLENGE
This competition focuses on group collaboration to create a company, product, or service, as well as an effective marketing plan. Use research and business strategy regarding the target market while considering company goals to guide the overall direction.
SOLUTION
We designed a hypothetical ride-share app targeted toward women and the LGBTQ+ community, who often feel unsafe using existing ride-share services. Our marketing strategy involved SWOT analysis, target market research, analysis of the competition, and plans for the business model, price, place, and promotion. I designed the logo and brand identity for the app that we named Salus, after the Roman goddess of safety.
